TERMS OF DELIVERY

Are there any shipping costs?

NEPTO offers shipping for all products and to all countries that can be selected when you specify the shipping address.

Please note that orders shipped to addresses outside the EU may be subject to customs and import duties, which are levied when the package reaches the specified delivery address. The buyer is responsible for the payment of these customs and import duties.

NEPTO is not involved in the collection of these fees and cannot predict their value. We advise our customers to contact the local customs service of the country of delivery for further information.

RETURNS POLICY

Return costs and liability

The costs of returning an order are the responsibility of NEPTO, the buyer must prepare and ship the package and keep the shipping documents in order to provide them to NEPTO for refund. For a return within the 45-days trial period – which takes effect at the time the buyer receives his order – it is not necessary to contact NEPTO in advance. NEPTO strongly recommends that any buyer wishing to return an order should choose a secure shipping method. Returns take place at the buyer’s risk.

Reimbursement

In the event of cancellation by the buyer during the trial period, NEPTO will refund the buyer within 15 days of receiving the return. Any amount due due due to the return of an order will be refunded to the account used by the buyer to pay for the original order.

Warranty and repair

NEPTO’s warranty conditions apply automatically upon purchase of any NEPTO product. NEPTO offers a two (2) year warranty on its watches. This guarantee assures the buyer that the products meet all the conditions in terms of use, reliability and resistance. This warranty doesn’t include the straps.
